Proprietary Immersion Cooling Technology
SCATE™ developed a unique immersion solution unlike anything else on the market. Through our extensive R&D and testing process, we learned that every miner has its own specific optimum temperature and flow needs to produce the most terahash. This is a result of different chip batches being sold to manufacturers, different miner batches being sold to customers, and what some customers just refer to as “luck”.
Due to these findings, we created the Hashbox™ (Patent Pending). The Hashbox™ allows us to individually tune each machine to its optimal temperature and flow rate in order to maximize each machine’s output and ideal operating environment. By allowing a higher output and immersing each miner in the “perfect” environment, the machine will live a longer life and provide higher returns, ultimately providing a higher return on investment.

The Hashbox™' allows us to modify the flow to each individual machine to maximize performance and efficiency. This individual machine tuning isn’t possible in a “bathtub” model.

Dielectric fluid is one of the most expensive components of an immersion setup. The Hashbox™ uses the minimum amount that fills in the spaces around miners. SCATE™ uses up to 50% less dielectric fluid, more than offsetting the cost of the Hashbox™ itself.
INTEROPERABILITY BETWEEN MINER MANUFACTURERS AND MODELS
The Hashbox™ is a customizable solution that allows miners to operate multiple machine types/models within the same tub and easily swap out new-generation rigs. M30s can operate immediately adjacent to S19s or any other machine.
MAXIMUM UPTIME
When in a Hashbox™, machines operate in a 100% controlled environment, with constant temperatures and flow rates. This lowers the exposure to machine wear and tear caused by large temperature swings in air-cooled environments. With large temperature swings, machines shut down; not so in a Hashbox™ environment.
MINER MAINTENANCE WITHOUT DISRUPTING ENTIRE TUBS
Machines operating in a Hashbox™ are “happy” and in our experience, rarely need to be serviced. This is in direct contrast to our air-cooled, and early bathtub immersion model operations, where service technicians are constantly monitoring and fixing miners, especially after external temperature spikes. With Hashbox™, individual machines can be turned off and serviced without interrupting the operations of other machines.
